PUMS Post UTME Eligibility

UTME Candidates

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • To be eligible for PUMS admission, candidates must:
  • Have taken the 2024 UTME and selected PUMS as their first-choice institution.
  • Possess five SSCE (or equivalent) credit passes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English Language, and Mathematics within a maximum of two sittings.
  • Achieve a minimum UTME score of 170. The MBBS program requires a minimum score of 220.
  • Upload O’Level results to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

Eligibility

Eligibility for the PUMS Post-UTME screening includes:

  • Candidates awaiting SSCE (or equivalent) results.
  • Candidates who chose PUMS as their first-choice institution in the 2024 JAMB UTME.
  • Candidates who did not initially select PUMS but are willing to change their first-choice institution to PUMS via the JAMB portal.

How to Apply for PUMS Post UTME Form

  1. Visit the PUMS Website.
  2. Click on Apply Now at the top centre of the page.
  3. Enter your JAMB number and click on “Check Eligibility.” If verified, you will be redirected to the application form.
  4. Fill in all required information accurately before submitting.
  5. You will be logged onto the PUMS Portal to complete the application by uploading supporting documents.

Supporting Documents

Ensure you scan and upload the original copies of the following documents:

  • O’Level Result (WAEC and/or NECO) if available
  • Birth Certificate/Age Affidavit
  • Local Government of Origin
  • Letter of Attestation/Reference

Method of Payment

  1. Click on “Make Payment.”
  2. Copy the bank account number and make a transfer or direct bank deposit of N10,000 only.
  3. Upload evidence of payment.
  4. After successful payment and upload, make the final submission of your application and print the clearance form.

Post UTME Screening
