- UTME Candidates: You must have chosen Hezekiah University as your first or second choice in the 2025 UTME. You can also apply even if you did not choose the university, as a change of institution can be processed.
- O’Level Results: You must have at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- Direct Entry (DE) Candidates: In addition to the O’level requirements, DE candidates must possess an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or National Certificate in Education (NCE) with a credit or merit pass, respectively, from a recognized institution.

UTME Entry Mode
- Credit level passes in five subjects at O/Level in nationally recognized examinations, including English Language and Mathematics, at not more than two sittings.
- An acceptable pass in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) based on the approved cut-off for the current academic session.
Direct Entry Mode
- At least two A/Level papers in relevant subjects.
- OND in a relevant discipline with at least an upper credit grade.
- HND in a relevant discipline with at least an upper credit grade.
