Afe Babalola University (ABUAD) registration for the 2025/2026 academic session is currently ongoing. There is no specific deadline because the university operates a continuous admission system. The Post-UTME screening is also conducted online.

Admission Requirements

General Requirements

  • UTME Result: Current Unified Tertiary Matriculations Examination (UTME) result.
  • O’ Level Credits: Five O’ Level credit passes at one sitting or six credit passes at two sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.

Specific Requirements

  • College of Law: Five O’ Level credit passes at one sitting, including English Language, Mathematics, Literature in English, and two Social Sciences or Arts subjects.
  • MBBS Programme: Five O’ Level credit passes at one sitting, including English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
  • Other Programmes: Five O’ Level credit passes at not more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, and three other subjects relevant to the course of study.

Note

  • Results from past UTME examinations are not accepted.
  • Candidates awaiting SSCE results can apply, provided they meet the requirements when results are available.

How to Apply

Online Application

  • VisitABUAD Admission Portal
  • Make Payment: Pay N2,000 for the Admission Application Form and N5,000 for the Screening Fee online.
  • Direct Entry and Inter-University Transfer: Pay N10,500 each.

Change of Institution

  • Candidates who did not initially choose ABUAD in UTME can participate by purchasing a Change of Institution Form from the university for N3,500, in addition to the N2,000 Admission Application Form fee and the N5,000 Screening Fee.
