PUMS Post UTME Eligibility
UTME Candidates
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- To be eligible for PUMS admission, candidates must:
- Have taken the 2025 UTME and selected PUMS as their first-choice institution.
- Possess five SSCE (or equivalent) credit passes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English Language, and Mathematics within a maximum of two sittings.
- Achieve a minimum UTME score of 170. The MBBS program requires a minimum score of 220.
- Upload O’Level results to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
Eligibility
Eligibility for the PUMS Post-UTME screening includes:
- Candidates awaiting SSCE (or equivalent) results.
- Candidates who chose PUMS as their first-choice institution in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
- Candidates who did not initially select PUMS but are willing to change their first-choice institution to PUMS via the JAMB portal.
How to Apply for PUMS Post UTME Form
- Visit the PUMS Website.
- Click on Apply Now at the top centre of the page.
- Enter your JAMB number and click on “Check Eligibility.” If verified, you will be redirected to the application form.
- Fill in all required information accurately before submitting.
- You will be logged onto the PUMS Portal to complete the application by uploading supporting documents.

- O’Level Result (WAEC and/or NECO) if available
- Birth Certificate/Age Affidavit

- Letter of Attestation/Reference

- Copy the bank account number and make a transfer or direct bank deposit of N10,000 only.
- Upload evidence of payment.
- After successful payment and upload, make the final submission of your application and print the clearance form.
