The screening registration began on July 21, 2025, and was originally set to close on August 22, 2025. However, the deadline has been extended to September 15, 2025. It’s vital to complete your registration before this date. The non-refundable application fee is N2,000.

Eligibility Criteria

Before you begin your application, you must meet the following requirements:

First-Choice Institution: You must have chosen FULAFIA as your first-choice institution during the 2025 UTME.
UTME Score: You need to have scored a minimum of 170 in the 2025 UTME. However, specific courses have higher cut-off marks:
- 200 and above: Human Anatomy and Physiology
- 210 and above: Nursing and Radiography
- 220 and above: Medical Laboratory Science (MLS)
- 230 and above: MBBS (Medicine and Surgery)
O’Level Credits: All candidates must possess at least five O’level credit passes in the relevant subjects for their chosen course. These credits must include English Language and Mathematics, and be obtained in no more than two sittings.
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates: In addition to the above, Direct Entry applicants must have a minimum of a Merit or Lower Credit grade from a recognized institution.

Step-by-Step Application Procedure

The entire application is completed online via the university’s portal. Follow these steps carefully:

Create an Account: Visit the official FULAFIA portal at my.fulafia.edu.ng and click on “Apply to create account.”
Start Application: Select “Post UTME Application 2025/2026,” input your JAMB number, email, and a desired password. This will lead you to a login page.
Log In: Use the same email and password to log in. The system will provide a unique ID (starting with FULUG…). Copy this ID and use it as your new login credential, replacing your email.
Complete Biodata: Verify that the information displayed is correct, fill in any missing personal details, and save.
Make Payment: Proceed to the payment section. You can pay online using a debit card, or you can print the invoice and pay at any commercial bank.
Verify & Upload Results: After a successful payment, log back into the portal. The system will verify your payment, and you will be redirected to a page where you can upload and verify your O’level results using your scratch card details.
Finalize & Print: Print a summary of your application and your payment receipts for future reference.
Await Admission: Once you have completed all the steps, you will need to wait for a notification regarding your admission status.

Important Note: FULAFIA’s screening for the 2025/2026 session is an online exercise only and does not require a physical aptitude test. All Remedial and IJMB students of FULAFIA must also participate in this screening to be considered for admission.

O’ Level Credentials: You must have at least five (5) O’ Level credits in subjects relevant to your desired course, achieved in no more than two sittings.
JAMB UTME Scores: A minimum score of 170 is required, but some courses have higher cut-off marks:

- Nursing and Radiography: 210

University Preference: FULAFIA must be your first choice.

Application Steps

You must have either an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) with a credit pass or a National Certificate in Education (NCE) with a merit pass, both obtained from a recognized College or Polytechnic; in addition, here are the steps for the FULAFIA application process:

1. Initiate Registration: Visit the FULAFIA official portal.

2. Create an Account: Click ‘APPLY’ to create an account.

3. Select Application Type: Choose ‘Post UTME Application 2025/2026’, then provide your JAMB Number, Email, and create a password. Click ‘Proceed’ to be directed to the login page.

4. Log in: Use your email and password to log in. A unique ID starting with ‘FULUG…’ will be generated, which you should use for subsequent logins.

5. Verify Data: Check all details for accuracy, fill in any missing information, and save.

Consistent Naming: To avoid being disqualified, you must ensure that your name is spelled exactly the same way on all of your application documents.
Age Requirement: By October 2024, candidates must be at least 16 years old.
Registration Period: You need to apply during the specified registration period. The application link will be deactivated at noon on October 31, 2024.

Online Process: The entire registration is done online, so your physical presence on campus is not necessary.
