- Institution Choice: MUST make DUFUHS their First Choice Institution in JAMB. Candidates who scored 150+ but did not initially choose DUFUHS must process a Change of Institution on the JAMB portal before applying.
- O’Level Results: Must possess at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in WAEC, NECO, or its equivalents.
- Direct Entry (DE): Candidates for DE must possess acceptable A-Level, IJMB, or other relevant qualifications and meet the O’Level requirements.
2. 💻 Application Procedure (How to Apply)
The application for the 2025/2026 session was done online, typically involving a fee of ₦10,000.00.
Application Steps:
- Visit the DUFUHS website or the KDUMS website
- Purchase Form: Navigate to the “Admissions” tab and select “Buy Undergraduate Admission Form.”
- Payment: You have two options for paying the ₦10,000 application fee:
- Online: Pay directly on the portal using your ATM Card/Transfer.
- Bank E-PIN: Pay at any commercial bank nationwide via the REMITA platform for the DUFUHS Undergraduate Application Form and obtain the payment slip with a unique PIN.
- Complete Form: Log back into the portal with your phone number and the unique PIN/Reference. Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out the application form completely.
- Submit & Print: Review all details carefully. Submit the application and print your completed Application Form for documentation.
