  • Institution Choice: Must have chosen MOUAU as their First Choice institution in the 2025 JAMB UTME. Candidates who did not initially choose MOUAU must process a Change of Institution to MOUAU on the JAMB portal.
  • Minimum UTME Score: Must have scored 140 and above in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
  • O’Level Results: Must possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two (2) sittings (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB).
  • JAMB CAPS: Candidates must ensure their O’Level results are uploaded to the JAMB CAPS portal.

B. Direct Entry (DE) Candidates

  • Must have chosen MOUAU as their First Choice in the 2025 JAMB DE application.
  • Must meet the O’Level requirement (five credits in relevant subjects).
  • Must possess an acceptable qualification (ND, HND, NCE, A/Level, etc.) as required by MOUAU and JAMB.

3. 💻 Step-by-Step Application Procedure

The entire application and screening process is conducted online via the University’s official portal.

Step 1: Visit the MOUAU Portal

  1. Go to the official MOUAU application portal
  2. Click on the 2025/2026 Post UTME/Direct Entry Application banner or link.

Step 2: Generate Invoice and Pay

  1. The system will prompt you to enter your JAMB Registration Number for verification.
  2. Follow the prompts to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number for the ₦2,000.00 screening fee.
  3. Proceed to pay the fee online using any bank debit card (MasterCard/Visa/Verve) or print the RRR slip and pay at any commercial bank.
    • Note: Ensure you pay the exact amount specified on the Remita invoice.

Step 3: Complete the Application Form

  1. After successful payment, return to the portal and click “Continue Application”.
  2. Log in with your JAMB Registration Number and the RRR code/Payment reference.
  3. Fill in the screening form accurately. This includes personal details, O’Level results (subjects, grades, and sittings), and UTME details.
    • Awaiting Results (AR): If you are awaiting results, indicate “AR” in the grades section, but you must update them on the portal and JAMB CAPS immediately they are released.

Step 4: Upload Required Documents and Submit

  1. Upload a recent passport photograph (with a red background, size not exceeding 200KB).
  2. Upload scanned copies of any other documents requested (e.g., JAMB result slip, O’Level results).
  3. Review all entries thoroughly. Once satisfied, click “Submit Application”.
  4. Print out the Acknowledgment Slip and the Receipt of Payment for future reference and physical clearance if admitted.

4. ⚠️ Mandatory JAMB CAPS Upload
